GalaxyFest is a SciFi/Fantasy Con going on February 8-10 at the Antlers Hilton Hotel in Colorado Springs. As cons go it is fairly new (this is their second year) and fairly small. Don’t let that put you off, there’s tons of stuff to do and there are activities for all ages, so you can bring the family.

So far we have been thinking that we could hold this fundraiser
Saturday July 7th from noon to 4 down at The 16th Street Mall in Denver!
We are going to make this both a fundraiser and a multiple fandom meetup! Everyone is welcome to come from all fandoms and tumblr in general! If you would like to definitely cosplay and dress up as your favorites characters!
We will be collecting loose change from shoppers as well as canned and non perishable food donations
if we can get enough people to dress up in some awesome costumes we could ask for donations for photo opportunities with them!
Also if face painting could be a possibility if we can get some people that are willing and talented enough to hang out and paint faces
maybe even art commissions and charactures if anyone is willing?!
Messsage me if there is anyone willing to donate their time and talent for face painting or art
as well as anyone willing to dress up for photo ops!!

I was thinking we could all meetup and invade the Larkspur Renaissance Festival!
Because no ye olde festivities would be complete with out The Doctor stirring up some trouble!Anyone care to join me for a day of cosplay and Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey madness at the Renaissance Fair?!
Anyone else is welcome to come, too! Sherlockians? Spn fans? We can make it a SuperWhoLock Event!
